Description

The graphite disc electrode is a critical consumable in the rotating disc electrode atomic emission spectroscopy (RDE-AES) system, primarily used for oil condition monitoring and elemental analysis. This product is widely applied following the ASTM D6595 standard method for rapid and accurate determination of wear metals, contamination elements, and additive elements in in-service lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, and industrial oils.

The electrode is manufactured from high-purity spectroscopic-grade graphite, featuring excellent electrical conductivity, high-temperature resistance, and oxidation resistance. It is suitable for frequent oil analyses both in laboratories and on-site, providing reliable data support for equipment condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
